50 ACRES NORTHEAST OF DECORAH, IOWA

 50 acre tract of property that has everything an outdoors person would want. The North Dear Creek, one of Iowa's premier trout streams, runs through the eastern portion of the property. The total CRP payments equal $2,000. The property has abundant numbers of whitetail deer, wild turkeys and pheasants. The DNR annually stocks the stream with trout. The property has access to active farm road that borders the property on the south and leads west out to the township gravel road. There is a windmill on the property on a ridge overlooking the trout stream, and would be another prime spot to build a cabin or home.
